How much text fits in a QR code?
A comfortable amount for a note, an address or a serial number, and the tool warns before the payload outgrows the error correction level you picked. Dense text needs a lower correction level or a larger printed size, which the size control sets.
Why does my printed code scan badly?
Almost always contrast or size. Keep the code dark on a light background, leave the quiet margin alone, and print it large enough that the modules are at least a millimetre across. Error correction at level M survives a slightly imperfect print.
Does the exported file carry a watermark or expire?
No. The PNG is flat pixels and the SVG is vector paths, with nothing added and nothing that phones home, so a code printed today keeps working and stays yours. The whole operation runs inside your browser tab; the file is never uploaded, so nothing is stored or logged.
