What to include
A little context turns a reply into one message instead of three.
- A subject line that names the tool you were using, if the message is about one.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- The steps you took before it went wrong, and the kind of file or the figures involved, not the file itself.
- The browser and device you were on, if the problem seems to happen only there.
What happens to your message
It goes from your mail app to an ordinary inbox. This page does not post to a server, does not keep a copy, and does not pass your name, address or message to anyone else, the same promise the privacy page makes about everything else here.
One thing worth knowing before you write: if your question is about work you saved in the tools, only a backup file can bring it back. Nothing is stored on a server, so there is no copy to restore from once your browser has forgotten it.
How quickly a reply comes
This is a small project maintained by one person, so answers are best-effort rather than a service desk. A clear report about something that is genuinely broken is read first; a question a tool's own page already answers may get a link to that page instead of an essay.
